1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 Kg Pork
1 ⅔ cups Onion
1 cup Capsicum
2 tsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
½” Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
6 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
5 Garlic Cloves
8 Curry Leaves
1 ½ tsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
¼ cup Tomato Sauce
4 Tbsp. Tamarind Water
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 45 mins

A salute to the humble and versatile pig and it's celebrated culinary proponents, our grannys, grandads, mothers, dad's etc. Akin the coconut tree being from flora , the pig is from the fauna stables. Every part has its use. And then we perhaps have an art form here….on this channel which makes the best of flora n fauna. Looks as good as they come. Am I the only one devouring this pork with my imagination! Keep them rollin…..the appetizer is appetizing indeed. Thumbs up
