Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 12 cloves
Salt – 1 tsp
Goan Vinegar – 3 tbsp
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be used )

Red Kashmiri Chillies – 4
Red Bedgi Chillies – 2
Black Peppercorns – 8 to 10
Cinnamon stick – 1 ½ inch
Cloves – 6
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Onions – 3 medium size ( sliced )
Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
Water – ½ cup / 125 ml
Water – 1 cup / 250 ml & as required
