500 gms pork heart or liver
3 cups water
3 onions
½ Tbsp. turmeric powder
5 Tbsp. tamarind pulp
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar
salt to taste
oil for frying
15 red dried kashmiri chillies
12 garlic cloves
½” ginger
½ tsp. cumin seeds
4 peppercorns
1” cinnamon stick
8 cloves
2 pinches of salt
¼ cup vinegar
water to grind
