Pork meat mix. 1and half kg
Ginger. 3 inch
Turmeric powder. 1 tspn
Salt. To taste
Kashmiri red chillies 15 each
Cumin whole. 1 and half tspn Cloves. 15 each
Black Pepper corns. 25 each
Garlic peeled. 1 and half pod
Cinnamon stick. 2 inch
Tamarind. Size of lemon
Sugar. 2 tblspn
Palm Jaggery. 50 grms
Toddy Vinegar. Half cup
Onions red medium. 4 each
