Today in our village, We cook our village’s traditional goat blood recipe by making blood gravy and blood fry. We call this recipe as “Raththa Koottu” and “Raththa Poriyal”. We add some goat internal parts to goat blood gravy, such as the liver, lungs, and intestine.

Finally, we enjoy the food with our favourite muttun curry! The taste is delicious!
