🔸Ingredients:⬇️
1 ¼ lb Beef Sirloin
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
4 White Mushrooms, sliced
1 Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
7 Garlic Cloves, sliced
Cooking Oil
🔸Sauce:⬇️
2 tbsp HAIO Gochujang
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 ⅓ tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Corn Syrup
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
Black Pepper
🔸Garnish:⬇️
Roasted Sesame Seeds
🔸Directions:⬇️
1. Cut the beef sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
2. Add all the sauce ingredients to the seasoned beef and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
3. In a heated wok, add garlic and cooking oil, then stir-fry until fragrant. Once the garlic starts to turn golden, add the bell peppers and stir-fry, followed by the onions. Stir well, then add the mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
4. Add the marinated beef and cook until the beef is fully cooked through.
5. Serve the finished Gochujang Chop Steak over a bowl of rice and top with roasted sesame seeds.
