This Sunday, I will prepare an easy one pan recipe that is loaded with different flavours- Beef with Broccoli.
As always, I use Doña Elena Olive Oil- the Pure variant- whenever I cook because it enhances the flavor of every dish. The Pure Olive Oil is the lightest tasting compared to the Extra Virgin and Pomace variants.
