For our year ender episode, I am making my version of Roasted Porkloin that’s perfect for the holiday season.
You all know by now that whenever I cook, I always make sure there’s enough to share with everyone. I will bring this festive dish to Lucy’s office in the City Hall so we can have lunch with our hardworking team here in Ormoc.
For this recipe, I used
Porkloin
Doña Elena Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Oregano
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon
Cayenne
Cloves
Orange juice
Maple syrup
Orange zest
Orange marmalade
Sweet potato
Celery
Onion
