INGREDIENTS
• 6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning –
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 onion, medium dice
• 2-3 bell peppers, sliced lengthwise
• 8-10 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
• 1 lb Italian sausages
• 2 tsp white wine vinegar
• ¼ cup dry white wine
• 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes, drained of excess liquid
• 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• salt & pepper
• 1 tbsp capers, drained
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped – for garnish
