GREEK NACHOS

Ingredients:
• 1 chicken breast diced up
• 1 1/2 @warburtonsuk pitta
• 60g diced plum tomatoes
• 40g cucumber
• 25g red onion
• 1 pouch of @ollys.ollys olives
• 50g tzatziki
• 15g feta
• dash of lemon juice
• 1tsp oregano
• 1tsp shawarma seasoning
• olive oil @frylighthq
METHOD ⬇️
1. Dice up your chicken into bites and seasoning with the shawarma. Pop it in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200c
• meanwhile dice your pitta into nachos, spray with fry light and season with a sprinkle of oregano. Pop these in the air fryer for 3-5 mins at 160c
• meanwhile dice up your red onion, cucumber, olives and tomatoes and put in a bowl and combine. Add a sprinkle of oregano and a dash lemon juice.
• serve up your nachos, with the chicken, salad, tzatziki and feta.
