Ingredients:-

1 Kg. Chicken
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ lemon juice
1 cup oil
2 big onion finely chopped
2 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
4 green cardamom crushed
1 black cardamom
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
50 gm. green coriander
25 gm. mint leaves
4 to 6 green chilli (as per taste)
12 to 15 cashews or almond
½ teaspoon salt(as per taste)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ cup curd
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
½ teaspoon fresh black pepper powder
2 teaspoon fenugreek leaves roasted and crushed
4 tablespoon malai or cream
green coriander stem
For garnishing coriander leaves & green chilli chopped
