On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you a green protein smoothie recipe to cure your cheat meal hangover.

► Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
► 1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)

► 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (or chia seeds)
► 1 medium frozen banana
► 2 handfuls Spinach (or your favorite greens)
► 1 tbsp almond butter
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the following ingredients to a blender: 1 cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein isolate powder, 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed or chia seeds, 1 frozen banana, 2 handfuls of spinach or your favorite greens, and 1 tablespoon of almond butter.
