Our Superfood Smoothie Recipe

1 Tbsp Ancient Greens Superfood Mix +
1 Tbsp Ancient Delight Superfood Mix
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 cup kale (~30 g)
1/2 cup Apple
¼ cup unpeeled chopped carrots (~50 g)
1 fresh Kiwi (peeled)
1/8 cup Parsley (fresh and chopped)
4 fresh mint leaves (~3 g)
2 Tbsp Vanilla protein (or ~10 grams of total protein content)
½ tsp vanilla extract
