Grilled cheese burger that is actually a smash burger as well.
#BBQ #barbecue #cheeseburger #smashburger
This will be one of those times in your life where you say to yourself, I know where I was when I first witnessed seeing cheese being grilled directly on the hotplate. It is seriously that good, that it will change how you have cheese burgers forever.
Is this the best cheese burger recipe, is it better than Gordan Ramsay’s cheese skirt burger, I think so. By adding brisket and chuck steak and keeping the ingredients simple, the flavours shine through. So by watching this video and using my techniques, you too can make the perfect cheese burger.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
As always, cheers for watching
Gordon Ramsay recommends a cheese skirt on his burgers
While preparing a burger during a round of “Next Level Kitchen,” Ramsay places a slice of cheese in a non-stick skillet before lightly salting it. As the cheese melts, the salt helps to caramelize the cheese by giving it a light golden-brown texture

Would of been better if u had some chopped raw onion to give it that crunch when eating it.
It's tomato sauce, not bloody ketchup! Fair dinkum!
That's a proper smashburger…no need for uppity toppings..you know who you are avocado…100% on the cheese choice real cheddar and nice toss on the orange slice of fakery…sopping up the cheese is an interesting approach..gotta try that for gits and shingles.. cheers mate🍻
