  1. Wow, looks absolutely fantastic! If it were me though, I would wrap it back up with foil real tight and put it back on the grill for about 4-5 more minutes. That should: help it hold together better so it's not all slidy and messy, reheat all of it after everything was sliced in the open air (especially considering the cold veggies you just added), and also allow the cheese to melt better. I wouldn't do it longer than that though since I wouldn't want the onions and tomatoes to cook, releasing water and making a soggy mess. This whole thing is ambitious project I'd like to maybe, maybe take on someday!!

  2. We're doing that tomorrow. Just so you know, if you look at the video footage, one of you ate a fly. I saw it fly in the sandwich like a second before you put the bread on top. I replayed it four times. It was funny. I showed my wife. She saw it and laughed. You guys are great. We have cooked so many of your recipes and impressed a lot of people.
