She needs to man up and eat that tar
I made an Italian marinade for mine. Got some to put on the grill, this morning
Why coffee grounds?
The amount of rub ingredients in the video seems a whole lot more than the measurements you describedβ¦what sup with thatβ¦thereβs now way you putbapply the rub with the oral instructions you saidβ¦please advise
Although they good great. Those are Korean BBQ ribs. It's almost sacrilege to make them that way.
Ive been looking for a video like this for years how did I miss this gem!! Will be cooking these tomorrow on a Yoda ys640. TY!
No need to blast shitty Muzak ever.
Bro, your teaspoon is defective. That was like a quarter cup. Looks good though π
These look delicious! I hope to try making these soon!.. ps: your logo is awesome!!
Costco is Gay. I Only Buy Local Great Video

Love your channel!
What if you donβt have a smoker? Just a BBQ? Iβm gonna try it anywayβ¦..
What a great dad !
If you salt from higher in the air the distribution is better. Iβm sure food turned out well but just a tip
thank you! my first attempt at smoking thin sliced beef short ribs and turned out perfect
If you had to sprits them what what you use ? Water ? (Serious question)
What gloves are you using?
Great video – any pointers about the expresso you put in the rub? Never put that in my rub before but down to try
Tuh and they said yt ppl donβt season they food lolπ shit Iβll take a few of them joints wit baby rays bbq sauce
That girl is so cool.
I subscribed solely on the fact that youβre cooking meats that are raised naturally, as in non of that hormonal stuff. I look forward to watching more of your videos, both old and new!
Great video, wish I had a neighbor like this guy.
Wow Iβve eaten flanken style short ribs my whole life raised on the island of Hawaii and locve it! itβs a staple local meat.. yours looks absolutely delicious! Thanks for sharing I will have to give this a try!
Not the best thing to watch before leaving for work, but those do look really good!!

ribs look great, hows that keto going?
What do you use to spritz them when theyβre dry?
Dude you are at the final years of your daughter even wanting to do this lol.
I absolutely love Flanken Style ribs and these look delicious. They're hard to find here and somewhat expensive but when at all possible I grab a couple packs. So easy to grill, I've even fried in my cast iron pan. Always tender and juicy, so much flavor.
salting the meat more than 1 minutes before grilling will dry it up, remember salt dehydrates
Sir I do believe you labeled your video wrong. I was watching through till you put them in a smoker since I'm using a charcoal grill π€¦π½ββοΈ

I subscribed just for your name! Proud to be a carnivore π.
Gah – can't watch this channel on an empty stomach! It all looks so good, man – well done. I mean, not well done, but done just right!
This looked awesome, I enjoyed your tips on how to sprinkle with lots of salt. I think it would pass the taste test too ππ
Interesting video, your explanation is clear and make it easy to do!
I agree, the marbling looks perfect for a rather cheap product. I would stock them in the freezer if I can find such a quality meat for a good price.
Never tried coffee rub before, sounds really interesting. I will definitely try this, but I'm not sure if would like it better than a regular or spicy rub π
The end product and the crunch was really impressive, great one again!
Your BBQ looks amazingly tasty!
New friend here
you were right, Al. π
Looks very good juicy and tasty πππ₯
I may or may not have hijacked that platter to do a review of when we visited!!! π€£
Love it! These are awesome. If I'm being completely honest, I think I like flanken style ribs better than "regular" ones. So much easier to cook, way less time (even though you smoked it, still done after like what 90 min? I usually just direct grill them and call it a day), just as tender. Good stuff!
