  1. Any disadvantage or Con in your mind of preparing that bast at home and carrying it to a location and a squirt bottle with jar or prepping the lobster before leaving home and storing it on ice so all that wouldn't have to be done on site

  2. We did this on a weber at a rental house in Indian Rocks Beach, FL on New Years Eve a few years ago. Four 16 ounce tails, worth a full tank of fuel, and they came out perfect! Lobster coma! Cannot beat lobster on a Weber.

  3. Ok, I'm 45 yrs old never cooked lobster before till 9-3-22 watched your video twice listened to your instructions and followed them exactly how you explained. They came out perfect and so delicious!!!
Only thing I did differently was I smoked them with apple wood chips. Thank you for a perfect lobster tail! I pulled them off at 142°
A little over but it came out wonderful! 😊👍

  4. I’m about to grill my first lobster tail and will follow this recipe. I’m doing ribeyes, too. Would you suggest using the garlic butter base on the steaks or no? Also, what kind of rub did you sprinkle on the tails?

  5. Great video. For me, lobster is the one seafood I refuse to grill. I dunno – the charcoal smoky flavor which I love on everything else, to me, anyway, takes away the sweet succulent flavor of lobster. I prefer broiling, and then of course, its not complete without the heart-attack inducing butter and the healthy lemon 🙂 But Im weird. Thanks for this awesome video!
