Thin steak like that will be overcooked 4 minutes per side and for a good grill mark 1 turn of the steak after 2 minutes. Your steak is more like medium welish overcooked for a tough steak like flank

Great video. I'm going to have to give this a try with some chicken this weekend. I live just 30 minutes from Avery Island and go there several times a year. They have great food there and the tours are so interesting, and the stores there have things you don't see anywhere else. A must see place if you ever get to Louisiana. Keep up the great work.
