Grilled Steak with Garlic Herb Butter #shorts
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
4 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
1) Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F.
2) Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.
3) Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
4) In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, and butter.
5) Mix until well combined.
6) Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil.
7) Place the steaks on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
8) During the last 2 minutes of cooking, top each steak with a generous dollop of the garlic herb butter.
9) Allow the butter to melt and infuse the steaks with flavor.
10) Remove the steaks from the grill and transfer them to a plate.
11) After resting, slice the steaks against the grain into thick slices.
