I’ve never grilled before but some other video said not to leave the grill hood closed bc it could be a fireball or something when you open. Is that true

I've always been afraid of grilling, because I never had anyone teach me how to use one. But you made it just seem like a fun, very doable activity. Thank you! And you've earned a sub from me! ❤
Note that was a plastic brush at the beginning, and the grill was not yet heated up. It's a bright plastic so you can see pieces that break off and take them out of the grill. Much safer than wire brushes. It's not hot yet so you don't melt the plastic. In case anybody needs it spelled out, although I doubt you would've read this anyways, but who knows? Maybe now you'll think about it.
