  1. I hope you did select white framed. Windows for the villa? As the are much more nice to the light than darkframes….
White have less maintenance than dark too as the high temperature on dark frames requires more sturdy paint

  2. The window would bring in more of the natural light but since eventually the big opening will be getting doors, closing it won’t make a difference. Maybe you can change it if you want to in the future.

  3. Can you use Plexiglass? Can you find someone to cut it to size and install it yourself as a trial to see if you want to invest in a window above the bathroom door at all? Just a thought??

  4. If only the glazing company could get their act together for the stable door it would allow you full steam ahead to get internally ship shape to move in and prepare for the main house work. One suggestion if you are likely dry-walling or plaster within the main house to look at getting a drywall sander – basically looks like a garden strimmer with an orbital sander with dust extractor – ultra quick at handling sanding down joints etc and saves climbing on ladders and massively reduces airborne dusts. Have you investigated usage of paint roller applied plaster either gypsum or lime based walls, just a heck lot quicker than perfecting with trowels etc, you could also utilise air spray plasters as an even quicker route to repairing / restoration of walls and ceilings.

  5. A beautiful day definitely needs to end with beer and barbecue! I see there are several suggestions here for that triangle over the bathroom door. It could become a unique decorative feature.

  6. Your music 🎵🎶 is so therapeutic while watching you deal with frustration like the rest of us and your humor helps! Enjoy the beauty, the pups, BBQ and 🍻!
When is Anna returning?🎶🎵💕😘 from Phoenix 🏜️

  7. you don't need a window per se for that bathroom opening- just a sheet of glass cut to size and placed in with wood trim- I do this all the time with my greenhouse (when I break windows). Maybe a stained glass would be a nice feature there.

  8. Although a window above the bathroom door would be good for light, it might be a bit strange when/if you eventually convert the upper floor as you'd have a direct view to whomever was in the shower 😂 Unless you used privacy glass of course…😊
