Did you have during the entire movie / time the top and bottom vents open? In direct heating, when I also use the chimney starter and put food on barbecue I I should also have the bottom and top vents open or how set them?
Hai can you give me a tips on how to grill fish,chiken, and lamb or goat meat using that method????
An hour and a half and they’re done? Also…..how is there no heat, smoke or even ashes flying up when you take the lid off? And then you touch the top vent like it’s not hot……

You can't tell, by looking, if any meat is cooked to the proper temperature without a meat thermometer. I'm sure this was an over site on your part.
No money shot? Gotta see them cut into.
Ribs do not cook & taste great without Smoking them with some Wood chips.? that's the whole Idea of Smoking for flavor.? Either Hickory or Apple wood would do the trick.?
Adding water or juice to the drip pan will steam your Ribs.? If that's the way you like them cooked wet & not dry & crispy?
