Grilling The Perfect Steak in a C4 FOGO Charcoal Portable Grill | C4 M-Grill Texas
This portable little FOGO C4 grill is perfect for tailgates, taking to the beach or anywhere else you want to cook! We want to show you how easy it is to make a perfectly cooked steak in this little grill. The C4 was made for SCA steak cooking competitions but it is great for home use too! The NY Strip steaks that we cooked here over our black bag Premium Charcoal turned out perfectly and was less than 20 minutes from lighting to eating!

Happy Fourth everyone and thanks for all of the support!
Ron, I have had my C4 grill for mostly camping for over 4 or 5 years with a lot of use. So easy to use and put out the remaining charcoal for the next day. I used mine in little rain and snow too while camping. Just a great little portable grill to get that great smoke taste. Wished you came out with your logo one sooner, but I had already bought mine. Yours was a great price.
Hey, just wondering what advantages this has over the 70$ weber go- anywhere charcoal grill, and if it's worth that extra 400$. Thanks
Wonder why no grill marks on the steaks 🥩
do you plan on getting more for sale… thanks
Love the vids.
Gotta say no to that grill. What were they thinking with that design.
Awesome video and that grill is sweet.
Clever little grill
They thought of Everything when they designed this grille! Nice!
We hope you all have a very happy, safe and delicious Fourth of July!
Nice job rolling with the punches Capt Ron. Hope viewers note the Pro Tips you shared, those being, the lining of the bottom with foil, the timing of applying seasonings and the required 3 clicks with spring tongs. Happy 4th of July.
Great work as always Ron!
Guess I am the only one up getting the meats ready for the 4th of July bbq 😋🙃🤪
