  1. Just one question for anyone who is more kitchen savvy than I. If using 2 lbs of beef should I also double everything else, use the same amount, or just use 1.5× the amount? Thanks for the help in advance everyone! 🙏

Just made it for my meal preps for work! Delicious! 😋👨🏾‍🍳

  2. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for this awesome recipe. I've watched many of your videos and thoroughly enjoy your enthusiasm and easy no nonsense approach to Asian cooking. Believe it or not I made this dish for my wife one night for our dinner action and she and I both loved it so much that I made another fresh batch on the following day! So very yummy and super fast and easy to make with minimal ingredients. BTW Excellent video and production quality by you and your husband. Thanks for sharing your recipes with all of us.

  3. This was so good. Of course I didn’t have mirin or plum extract, and I don’t use soy sauce, but I used coconut aminos and rice vinegar with a couple squirts of stevia and it came out fabulous. My husband and kids wanted more but there was no more left 😂😂
