Ingredients:
1 cup Ground beef.
3 Garlic cloves.
1 Shallot.
2 Green onions.
1 tsp Chicken bouillon.
1/2 tsp Salt.
1 tsp White pepper.
1/2 tsp Black pepper.
1/2 Onion.
1 Zucchini.
1 cup Mushrooms.
1 tbsp Vinegar.
1 tbsp Soy sauce.
1 tbsp Cooking wine.
1-1/2 cup Boiled Rice.
Fresh Cilantro.

Recipe:
Heat some oil. Add garlic cloves. Fry for a few minutes and add shallot. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add green onion and fry for a few minutes. Add ground beef and fry until it changes color. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry for a few minutes. Add chicken bouillon, white pepper, black pepper and salt. Add sliced onion, zucchini, and mushrooms. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Add vinegar, soy sauce, and cooking wine. Cook for a few minutes. Add boiled rice. Mix well and fry for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle fresh cilantro. Mix well and enjoy.
