Tammy, Found your recipe. It was an end-of-week, cupboards pretty bare what can I make with this pound of burger kind of night.
We had some of the ingredients but needed to improvise. Used: can of chopped toms, bell pepper, onion, spinach, 1/2 a serrano, crm chick soup, minute rice & pizza topping season mix. Added cheese inside & on top. Loved the idea of topping with Ritz buttery crumbles (yum!)
We will make again! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe! Easy, versatile & Delish!
Yummy! Hadn’t heard before today but will be searching you tube so I can find you. !!!! Sure have missed you
Amazing recipe, easy for when you have two kids (like me😛) thank you for this recipe!
Oh my goodness !!! I absolutely cannot wait to try this recipe !! It looks so delicious !!! This will no doubt be a favorite of my husband's. I'm so glad I have all three of your cookbooks. They are amazing and we've had so many good meals from those recipes….. I hadn't tried this one yet, can't wait !!! YUM !!
I made this yesterday. It's so delicious! I especially love the oyster crackers on it.

I just made this tonight and my family loved it! Thank you for sharing this recipe, Tammy!
looks good, does the crackers get soggy?
looks so

Hi Tammy and Chris. My Mom and I made this today. We used cream of mushroom and cream of bacon soup and a four cheese rice. It was Delicious! Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes.
I think that will stick to your ribs.
Mmm lookin so delicious as always ❤❤
I like the thought of the beef and rice except I would have sautéed my onions with my Beef and at the end I would crushed the crackers and mix them with melted butter and cheddar cheese and baked for forty five minutes
Yummy, Thanks
I just found some vidalia onions and love them. Going to try your recipe this weekend. Wasnt sure what the little round ingredients were in the beginning. Crackers! Cool idea! Great recipe!!!
looks great!
I made this last night, Wednesday and my family enjoyed it. It was really good! Thanks so much!!
Hi Tammy, this looks like a great casserole, will definitely try it!
I wanted to let you know that I was watching a channel called whippoorwill holler and it was one of her videos from last year; she started talking about you in a video that you did and it was so sweet and it just touched my heart and I didn’t know if you were aware that she had done that. I figured you’re probably aware but I thought I’d let you know in case you were not and I thought your other viewers might see this comment and might like to see it as well. she even put a link to the video she’s talking about of yours in her description box. If you want to start watching at 15:37, that is when she starts talking about you and a video you did❤️ https://youtu.be/8Hpkfmx-2Bc
Hey Tammy, I was looking through your recipes and I couldn't find one for Pecan Cobbler. So you happen to have one? I think I could pull it off with crescent rolls, or biscuits, but I just would like to have a recipe to go by. I enjoy your channel and your cookbooks. Thanks again 🙂
Gonna try this.would u crumble the ritz cracker and still mix with butter?..u look so good lady..many blessings!
It looked really good. I will make this one.
Looks delicious 👍
Where did you buy your measuring cups that are hanging on your wall?
Hi Tammy & Chris.
Today I made your ground beef & rice casserole & it was quite good. Both my husband & myself enjoyed it.
The only thing I will change up the next time I make it will be a swap of tater tots for the oyster crackers. (hubby’s request) He never eats mushrooms but today he ate ‘em all up!
We both love & watch your tutorials & I never miss Real Southern Woman. You are Eastern time, I believe & we are Pacific so I am watching it later than ya’ll but am feeling so blessed by your Bible studies & your testimonies. Thank you & may God bless you richly.
Hey Tammy, I made the biscuits and they weren't bad, but I forgot to add the salt, other than that, they were fine. I used Crisco and just plain forgot about the salt. My husband likes them anyway, with enough honey and butter 😜. I can't wait to try this recipe, sounds and looks delicious 😋. Take care 🤗
What is the name of the knife you are using, please! I love a quality knife!
Hey Tammy, I made your recipe for supper tonight and it was delicious. I had to make a few adjustments because the grocery store didn't have that particular flavor of rice so I used the original and 1 envelope of Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix. Also all I had in the cupboard was cream of mushroom soup, no cream of chicken (I must have used it for something else 😒). I promise I will make it exactly as yours. Oh, it's the first time I ever used oyster crackers as a topping 😋
Yummy grounds beef
Hey Tammy and Chris. I just received all three cookbooks. I can’t wait to cook. My husband loves everything I have made so far. Thanks for all that you guys do for us.
I'm glad you melted the butter and stirred with the crackers–rubbing butter all over with your hands (as recipe says) did not sound like fun.
Looks delicious!❤️
Can you please give the written instructions please?
What spices would you use if you didnt use the box rice?
That looks so good.
Hey Tammy n Chris… I bet the Vegetable flavored Ritz Crackers would be really good on top this casserole! However it's topped, I'm sure it would be good! Yummy Yum Yum! Thank y'all n God Bless. ❤
Yummy❤
Website does not seem to be working. Can’t locate recipe. Sure sounds good though!
I love how Tammy cuts onions
I think some mixed veggies would be delicious in this!
Finally got to see you again. Think this is you tube. Wish I could get you back on facebook
Hi Tammy and Chris looks yummy enjoy
Yummy! Love being with you while you cook
Hi Tammy & Chris! This recipe was among the first my crew wanted to make from your Vol. 3 cookbook. We've enjoyed it several times. So easy to make! On one rare occasion when there were neither oyster crackers nor Ritz crackers in the pantry, we discovered that lightly seasoned croutons work well as a substitute topping! My crew gives this their fave 5-star rating…no leftovers and multiple write-ins on the monthly meal planning schedule. Thank you both for continuing to demo such delicious, down home recipes and for another video! ☺ We appreciate you both so much!
What a scrumptious recipe! I saved this when I'm definitely going to try it
Yum. Thanks Tammy.
Thanks
Thank you. That does look very tasty. Quick, readily available ingredients, some of which I often have on hand. Also, that's a nice top you are wearing. Looks comfy and cute on you. ☕🌹❤
Tammy Thanks for the recipe. It sure looks good. I bet this would be good with Cheezit crackers on top too. Yum yum!
Its nice to see you branch out a little and try a few NEW recipes…..the repetition gets a little old and you are so VERY enjoyable and TALENTED! Thank you for ALL that you do.
