  3. You should take a bite of the finished product! Actually I am doing grouper for dinner and was looking for a super simple recipe and saw yours so I'm going to try it starting in about 30 minutes although I have Prudhommes blacked fish magic, probably similar. I shall return with my critique hopefully soon. Thanks for a simple recipe. I've got the blackened product, butter, garlic, tomato, but am going to have mine of fresh thin sliced Italian bread so it will have to be eaten fast before it gets too sloppy heh.
