Banana Bread Recipe with Oat Flour & Honey
3 to 4 ripe overripe bananas (should yield 1 – 1 1/4 cups)
2 med to large eggs
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tsps vanilla
1/4 tsp almond flavoring/ extract *optional
2 cups oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp mixed spice / baking spice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
