I AM SEARCHING FOR THE ULTIMATE MEATLOAF RECIPE 😋.
I have tried to find one that IS similar OR even better than My Mother's ( She wouldn't object). My Mother didn't write Her Recipe down and I have been trying to duplicate it FOR YEARS with zero results. If Your Mother (or Father) was a Great Cook like Mine(Southern Cooking Y'all), She seldom EVER measured!
I'm going to try this recipe but on a smaller scale of course.
If ANYONE has a Great Meatloaf Recipe, I would really like to know it if You don't mind sharing.

You HAVE TO put sour cream in mashed potatoes!!! But I give credit; the meatloaf recipe is awesome, just like my momma made

Absolutely disgusting putting sour cream in either of those items. It's literally criminal.
FYI for all those that have children who complains that they don't like onions, just grate them into your recipe whether baked, boiled or fried. They won't know any different.
