About the Soup Honky – CJ Hughes is the Soup Honky. He’s a middle Tennessee resident, that’s in the USA, obsessed with all things soup. The name Soup Honky is derived from the fact that CJ used to play music in the Honky Tonks in Nashville, Tennessee. These days he spends most of his time making soup, testing new recipes, trying new ingredients, and obsessing over out of print cookbooks, all while building his social media empire of soup!
