Ingredients:
-Ghee/Oil ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) Sliced 1 Small
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
-Laung (Cloves) & Kali mirch (Black pepper corns) 3-4 each
-Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) ½ kg
-Pyaz (Onion) Sliced 1 Small
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Adrak (Ginger) Julienne 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 8-10
Directions:
-In pot,add ghee and onion, sauté until translucent.
-Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,cumin powder,cumin seeds,cloves+black pepper corns,bay leaf,salt and mix.
-Add beef mince and mix well,cover and cook on low flame until mince is done.
-Add onion,yogurt,ginger and mix,cover and cook until oil separates.
-Add green chilies (deseeded chilies to make it less spicy), cover and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.
-Green chili mince is ready.
