  1. Yes, chicken offal!

    Here in Asia they are a staple of Chinese BBQ.

    Done right, chicken livers are a poor man's foie gras, and I swear by slow-grilled chicken gizzards. they are so tender and such a strangely smooth flesh, yet retain lots of bite.

    It's also fun to explain to guests what a gizzard actually is and how it works.
