Have you tried this to your pork belly??? It’s so delicious, your family will want to eat it every week. The soft and tender pork is slowly braised in amazing coca cola sauce which results in an incredible blend of flavors. It’s really worth a try and you and your family will love it. INGREDIENTS
-1.2Kilo Pork Belly (Pork Liempo)
-1/2cup banana ketchup
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-3Tbsp oyster sauce
-ground black pepper
-1 and 1/2Cup coca-cola
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1 and 1/2cup water (add as needed to make the meat soft and tender)
-30g butter
