This makes about 4 servings:
3.5 oz. / 100 g 80% dark chocolate
1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter or any other nut butter (60 ml)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
4 crushed plain brown rice cakes
1/3 cup chopped nuts of choice, I used hazelnuts (80 ml)
optional: flaky sea salt

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the rice cakes and chopped nuts and stir until combined
3. Press the mixture into a container lined with parchment paper, add sea salt flakes on top if you like, and let set in the freezer for one hour. Cut into bars and enjoy!
4. Store in the fridge or freezer
