Although this is an episode of my series baking bread, I was so confused if I should count this in healthier with Parth or baking bread 😂

This bread has oats, jowar, ragi, bajra and atta! Can it be any more healthier?
Yess 😛 it can! You can use jaggery instead of sugar and skip the butter 🙂

Ingredients-
Atta – 1.5 cups
Ragi – 1/4 cup
Jowar – 1/4 cup
Bajra – 1/4 cup
Flax seed – 1 Tbsp
Pumpkin seed – 1 tbsp
White Sesame seed – 1 tbsp
Black sesame seed – 1 tbsp
Melon seed – 1 tbsp
Chia seeds – 1 tsp
Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
oats – 1/4 cup
2 tbsp caster sugar
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup
1 + 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
Oil – 2 tbsp

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 c until cooked through!
Try this out 🙂 it has a very good shelve life too! Since there’s barely any dairy in it!
