Healthy Banana Bread Granola Bars๐Ÿ˜ These granola bars are super easy to make, chewy and so delicious๐Ÿ˜‹ The recipe is gluten-free & dairy-free!

Ingredients:
3 mashed bananas (the riper the bananas are, the sweeter the bars will be)
2 egg whites
2 cups (gluten-free) rolled oats (480 ml)
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Optional topping:
2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate
โ€ข
1. Mash the bananas
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine
3. Press the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes
5. If you like drizzle some melted dark chocolate on top
6. Store in an air-tight container

  3. I really relate with what you were saying at the end. So much change has happened lately, (including moving out of my house i grew up in, so like you said, seeing family a lot less), and also just really deep painful things have been coming up, and I've realized just how much I've been suppressing my emotions with everything that's happened/happening. I also just feel really behind in life so that's fun haha, but yeah anyway, i really appreciate your vulnerability. It's healing to know I''m not alone in this season.
