Healthy & High-protein Berry SmoothiešŸ˜ It’s packed with protein, fiber and healthy fats, so it will keep you full for hours! Such a yummy breakfast or snack idea!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups high-protein Greek yogurt (380 g)
2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter, I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)
1/4 cup milk of choice (60 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy

  3. I am digging the banana-free recipes. Thank you so much for them. I will definitely be trying them this summer. (Everyone else: I’m allergic to bananas and it’s frustrating when I can’t find good smoothie recipes that are banana-free).

  4. I want everyone to know that I’ve been following this page for about a year and her smoothie recipes have never done me wrong🫔Would 100% recommend any of them (except the chocolate one, I haven’t tried that)
