Sharing my Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Recipe which is tasty as well, Chikoo Smoothie, it is my usual go to breakfast, when we don’t have much time in the morning to make something healthy. This one contains fruits, milk, peanuts and is highly nutritious. It’s very filling and helps you stay energetic through out the day! I’ve used frozen fruits, you can use frozen or fresh, any. It turns out great in both cases. If you workout and also have a protein shake, you can add your scoop of protein powder to this smoothie and it is going to be yummy! If you don’t use dairy, you can replace milk with either coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk or oat milk.
