MATCHA CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup, more if you like it sweeter
2 tablespoons matcha (green tea powder)
1/2 cup chia seeds
fresh raspberries
In a bowl whisk together almond milk, maple syrup and matcha.Stir in chia seeds. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes, then stir again. Pour into 4 half-pint mason jars or containers of your choice. Cover and refrigerate till set about 2 hours. Top with fresh raspberries. ENJOY!
