ingredients for two servings:
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups frozen mango (about 250g)
1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) high-protein Greek yogurt (360 ml)
3/4 cup milk of choice (180 ml)
1-2 teaspoons blue spirulina powder

decorations:
Greek yogurt

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Decorate the glasses with Greek yogurt, pour the smoothie into the glasses and enjoy!
