3-ingredient Healthy Mango Gummies💛 These are made with real mango and they are refined sugar-free!

Ingredients:
1 cup mango cubes (240 ml / 170 g)
1/2 cup cold water (120 ml)
1 teaspoon agar agar (or gelatine according to its package)

1. Put the mango cubes into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Put the cold water and agar agar into a small pot and stir to combine. Then bring it to a boil over medium heat and then let it simmer for approximately five minutes. Add the pureed mango and stir for 1 minute
3. Let the mixture cool down for a few minutes. Then spoon into silicone molds
4. Let set in the fridge for about 1 hour (if using gelatine, setting time might be longer)
