Today I’m sharing my favorite healthy dessert that I’m loving lately, a chocolate shell yogurt bowl. It’s so quick and easy and only has 3 ingredients. It’s a healthier swap for desserts like ice cream — it’s dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free (except coconut) and only uses berries and unrefined coconut sugar (a lower glycemic index option) to sweeten. As someone with PCOS and acne-prone skin, this is a great option when you’re craving something sweet.

INGREDIENTS:
-Coconut yogurt (~1/2 cup)
-Berries (1/3 cup)
-Chocolate gems (~3-4 tbsp)
Important: microwave the chocolate in 30 sec increments and stir in between to avoid burning. The melting time will depend on your microwave power.
