Hello! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy dessert recipes that are easy to make and taste good! These gluten free recipes are gluten free desserts that are healthy. Pumpkin spice donuts
* 1/4 cup coconut flour
* 2 tbsp tapioca flour
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 2 eggs
* 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
* 1/4 cup coconut oil
* 3 tbsp coconut sugar or monk fruit
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Bake at 350F for 12-15 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before glazing.
glaze:
* 2 tbsp almond butter
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Makes 6 donuts
Chocolate banana bread
– 3 ripe bananas
– 3 eggs
– 1/3 cup coconut sugar or monk fruit sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 2 1/4 cup almond flour
– 1/2 cup cacao
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 cup df/sf chocolate chips (I like the @caminosamigo unsweetened)

– Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Caramel apple dip
– 1/2 cup yogurt
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tbsp almond butter
Caramel top:
– 1 tbsp almond butter
– 1 tsp maple syrup
– Granola to top

I was having such a strong baked good craving. The donuts really hit the spot. Only the glaze was more of a frosting than glaze but still good. And I finished my pumpkin can. Win-win
