Ground black pepper.
1/4 cup (60 ml) Greek yogurt.
1 cup (150 g) cornmeal.
Olive oil.
2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
4.2 oz (120 g) Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390F/200C for about 25 minutes.

3.5 oz (100 g) mascarpone or cream cheese.
2.45 oz (70 g) cheese.
1 egg. A pinch of salt.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 tablespoon coconut flour.
1/3 cup (30 g) almond flour.
1 teaspoon psyllium.
Mix all the ingredients well, you should get a dense dough.
