1. Place sliced onions at the bottom of a pot.
2. Add pork belly.
3. Add 1 pack of mushrooms, 5 bay leaves, a pinch of whole black pepper, and 3 spring onions.
4. Pour in half a can of cola to tenderise the meat.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of doenjang (fermented soybean paste) for umami.
6. Cover and simmer on medium heat.
7. After 30 minutes, flip the pork and simmer for another 30 minutes.
8. Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces.
9. Serve with vegetables and kimchi, wrapped together.
