  1. Don't judge you! Might help????? Look around your home for a small knob which you can super glue onto what you are pressing with the spoon. Make sure the glue does run down any of the elements, so do it upside down. But hey, you may have purchased a new one by now, but I have gadgets that are literally 40 years old and work perfectly.

  2. If Live in New York City, can shop at East Indians supermarket name Patel Brothers, In Queens & Manhattan, their Flours, have ALL OF THESE Flax seeds, oaks, millets, plus MORE, Check it out.

Someone may have already mentioned this, but for anyone who has watched the video and you are looking at the recipe provided by the link, the steps in the recipe are just a little out of order then the steps followed in the video. You're not crazy, but I would just watch the video and follow Emily so you're not confused by the order of the steps in the recipe. 🙂

  4. Oats & Flax are a wonderful healtby combo! Thankfully they sell oats flour now so it is more convenient. To make it an actual healthy option, we could eliminate the all purpose flour as well as the yeast and replace with baking powder. In addition, we could use whole milk yogurt to replace all the other ingredients and that bread comes out so heavy, you only need one little slice to become full!
