This makes about 6 servings:
4 mashed bananas
6 eggs
3 cups gluten-free oats (7 dl)
3 cups (lactose-free) high-protein Greek yogurt, the yogurt I use contains 13g protein per 100g (7 dl / about 750g)
1 cup milk of choice (2.4 dl)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 – 2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

toppings:
6 strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips/chunks (1/2 dl)

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a baking pan (except the toppings)
2. Add the chocolate chips and strawberries on top
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes

  2. I just can see how you arrive to 25g per serving one a serving is 1/6 of your dish ? Can someone help me ? Because you might avec 12g of pure protein (1egg, 50g yoghurt) but nothing close of 13g of proteins for oats? Even more when oats’ BCAA profile isn’t full so all oats proteins aren’t absorbed without a leguminous plant :/

  3. I tried it. I like the taste, but it is too dense, too heavy, too chewy. Basically, i really didn't like the texture.
Next time, i will try with regular flour and change the weights of ingredients. Or just try another of your recipes.
