Healthy 3-Ingredient Raspberry Cloud Smoothie Recipe
This recipe makes 2 servings:
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries (225 g)
1/2 cup coconut flavored yogurt, divided (120g) ( recommend So Delicious, Kite Hill, Forager Project, in Canada Maison Riviera)
1 3/4 cup plant-based milk (420g)
2 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Spoon the remaining 1/4 cup yogurt down the sides of 2 tall glasses (2 tablespoons per glass). Divide the smoothie evenly between the glasses.
Storage: This smoothie is best served immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 1 hour.
