Healthy Smoothie For Kids | Banana & Carrot Smoothie

Healthy Smoothie of Carrot & Banana for Kids
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Carrot
4 Cardamoms
1 Glass of Milk
Water as required
1 Tsp Brown Sugar (Optional)

Method of Preparation:
1. Cut the Carrots.
2. Transfer the Carrots & Cardamoms to a Mixer Jar and add
Water till the Carrots are immersed.
3. Grind it to paste.
4. Strain the paste to get the Required Silky Smooth Carrot Puree.
5. Grind the Required Silky Smooth Carrot Puree with the sliced
Banana and a Glass of Milk.
6. To 1 Glass of Smoothie add 1 Tsp of Brown Sugar. (Optional)
