Banana: 1 Nos
Mosambi Juice: 1 Cup
Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make a very healthy smoothie with just two ingredients. Very easy to make with a very few ingredients, they taste heavenly, filling and they are guilt free, so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. Take 1 ripe banana. You can use fresh or frozen bananas for this recipe. Peel it, chop it and add it to a mixer jar. Banana is rich in magnesium, potassium, fiber and vitamin B6. It is low in fat and contains beneficial plant compounds and antioxidants like catechin. Its fibers makes you feel full for longer and thus the calorie intake for the day is reduced to a great extend. This in turn helps in weight loss and you can reduce up to 3 kgs in a week. Blend this well.
3. Then add 1 cup of mosambi juice. Mosambi is rich in vitamin c which can relive inflammation and swelling. It improves calcium absorption, stimulates bone formation in cells and promotes overall bone health. Blend this well again.
4. Transfer to a mug like this and our healthy smoothie with just two ingredients is ready to consume. This is vegan friendly and naturally sweet in taste and very refreshing. You can drink this in empty stomach in the morning for best results. Very easy to make and a very healthy drink. You can avoid this drink if you are diabetic.
